Cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites store in your browser to remember information about your visit: keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences or compiling statistics. Alongside cookies there are equivalent technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), to which the same rules apply.
This website only uses its own technical cookies and storage, which are essential for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, nor do we load third-party scripts for those purposes without your prior consent.
Cookies and storage we use
lm_session — First-party, technical cookie. Purpose: to keep your session securely signed in to the customer area and the administration panel. Duration: up to 30 days for customers and 8 hours for agency staff; it is deleted when you sign out.
lm_cookies — First-party, technical local storage entry (localStorage). Purpose: to remember the choice you made in the cookie banner so we do not show it to you again. Duration: indefinite, until you clear your browser's site data.
These technical cookies and storage are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD guidelines, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.
Third-party cookies
In the website's current state, no third-party cookies are set while you browse. Only when you start the payment process and are redirected to Stripe's secure gateway may that provider use technical and fraud-prevention cookies on its own domains, in accordance with its cookie policy.
If in the future we add analytics or other cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and expressly ask for your consent before setting them.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and local storage from its privacy settings: see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge depending on the browser you use.
Please note that, as these are strictly technical cookies, blocking them may prevent essential parts of the site from working: for example, you will not be able to stay signed in to your customer area.
Updates to this policy
This cookie policy may be amended when the technologies used by the website or the applicable law change. The current version will always be published on this page together with the date of its last update.
