Right of withdrawal and its exceptions
As a general rule, Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) grants consumers a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from distance contracts without giving any reason.
However, Article 103 of that law excludes from the right of withdrawal, among others, services that have been fully performed and the transport of goods with a specific date or period of performance. This means that once the shipment has been collected or the carriage has begun or been performed, it is no longer possible to withdraw from the contract.
For cases where carriage has not yet begun, the agency applies the voluntary cancellation policy described below, which improves on the minimum legal protection.
Logística Mazarrón's cancellation policy
You may cancel your order free of charge and with a full refund for as long as the transport label has not been generated [criterion pending confirmation by the client — SEED]. As the label is generated almost immediately after payment for automatic shipments, we recommend requesting cancellation as soon as possible.
Once the label has been generated and collection scheduled, cancellation is no longer automatic: contact us and we will review the case; if the shipment has not yet been collected we will try to stop it, although costs already incurred may be deducted. After the shipment has been collected, cancellation is not possible, without prejudice to your right to claim for incidents in the performance of the service.
Calculator quotes carry no obligation whatsoever: if unpaid, they expire automatically after 48 hours at no cost.
How to request a cancellation
You may request cancellation from your customer area (by opening an incident on the order), through the website contact form or by writing to incidencias@logisticamazarron.com. Always quote the order reference (LM-…) and the email address used for the purchase.
We will process your request as soon as possible within opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 19:00) and will confirm the outcome by email: cancellation accepted with a refund, partial cancellation with costs deducted, or cancellation not possible because carriage is under way.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, through the Stripe gateway. You do not need to provide us with bank details.
Once the cancellation has been approved, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days; the credit usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
For every refund we will issue the corresponding receipt, which will be available alongside the order in your customer area. If the refund is partial, the receipt will itemise the amounts deducted.
