Bring the parcel and we weigh it, measure it, label it and enter it into the network. You pay there and then and leave with your receipt and tracking number.

If your parcel is being held at the agency, you can collect it here during opening hours. Bring your ID and your tracking number.
Buy packaging
Boxes, tape and protective material, in case you arrive with the parcel half prepared. Good packaging is what prevents most damage claims.

We close at midday. If you are dropping off a labelled parcel, allow some margin: parcels arriving late in the afternoon leave on the next day's dispatch.

Can I send a parcel without buying it online first?
Yes. You can come straight to the office with your parcel and we will prepare it and enter it into the network there and then. Buying online beforehand simply lets you know the exact price in advance and leaves it already paid.
How do I know which office my parcel is at?
With your tracking number you can check the status and last recorded location on our tracking page. If the shipment shows as held in Mazarrón, it is at this office and you can come and collect it during opening hours.
How do I contact the driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel?
Home delivery is carried out by the GLS network, not by the agency itself, so we cannot give you the driver's phone number. What we can do is locate your shipment and arrange a new delivery: call us on 868 08 16 04 with your tracking number to hand.
Do you collect parcels from home?
