Pack it right and it'll arrive in one piece. Four steps and you're set:
Limits per parcel
Maximum 30 kg actual weight and girth ≤ 300 cm (length + 2×width + 2×height) per parcel. Large, light parcels are charged by volume; the calculator checks size and weight before pricing.

- 1Double-walled boxUse a sturdy double-walled cardboard box, in good condition and just the right size for the contents.
- 2Fill the gapsPaper, bubble wrap or cardboard in the gaps: the contents shouldn't move when you shake the box.
- 3H-tapingSeal the lid and base with tape in an H pattern and reinforce the corners.
- 4Weigh and measureWeight on a scale and dimensions in cm of the closed box: that's what you enter in the calculator.

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum weight per parcel?
30 kg per parcel. If you need to send more, split it across several parcels within the same shipment: the calculator prices each parcel and adds them up.
How long does delivery take?
Within mainland Spain, usually 24–48 h from collection. Across Europe, between 2 and 6 working days depending on the destination country. The estimated time appears in your quote.
What can't I send?
Dangerous goods —including loose lithium batteries and power banks (a phone or laptop with its battery installed may travel)—, perishables, cash and other items prohibited under the conditions of carriage. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm your shipment doesn't include any of them.
What if the parcel arrives damaged or gets lost?
Every shipment travels with the standard per-kg cover set by transport regulations. If something goes wrong, open a claim from your customer area with photos and a description of the contents and we handle it with GLS. For valuable items, pack with plenty of padding and reinforce the corners.
