Up to 30 kg and girth ≤ 300 cm (length + 2×width + 2×height) per suitcase. Over the limit? Split the contents into two parcels: the calculator prices each one.
Forget airline excess charges: you pay a fixed price with VAT included and your suitcases are waiting for you at destination.

How it works

Tell us what you're sending (weight and dimensions) and where it's going, and we give you a fixed price with VAT included on the spot.
Complete your shipment details in 4 steps and pay securely by card. You'll receive your label by email.
Stick the label on the parcel and the GLS driver will collect it from the address you give us.
Track your shipment in real time from your customer area or with your tracking number, right to the recipient's door.
Close it with a padlock or cable tie, protect the handles and, if it's a soft case, wrap it in film or a cover. Add a tag with your name and destination inside.

Not yet: destinations requiring customs clearance (including the UK) are not available for online booking. We operate within the EU.
Usually yes, if you send them with some lead time: within mainland Spain they arrive in 24–48 h from pickup, and to the EU in 2–6 working days. Book the pickup a few days before your trip and you'll see the estimated time in the quote.
Shipments travel with the standard per-kg cover set by transport regulations. Lock the suitcase, remove loose handles and straps and, if it's a soft case, protect it with film to keep risk to a minimum. If anything happens, open a claim with photos from your customer area.
