Volumetric weight, no small print
Very bulky, light parcels are priced by volume: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000. If the result exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight is charged. The calculator applies this automatically and shows you the chargeable weight before you pay.
Good to know
- Maximum weight per parcel: 30 kg. Multi-parcel shipments: each parcel is priced in its band and added together.
- The UK and destinations requiring customs clearance are not available online (for now).
- The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from online booking as they require customs clearance.
