Frequently asked questions

How does it work if the item is at a hotel?

When booking, enter the hotel as the collection address and the booking name in the notes. We notify reception with the collection details.

Who packs the item?

Hotel reception usually prepares it in an envelope or box. If it needs special packaging, let us know and we'll arrange it.

Can I insure the shipment for its value?

All shipments travel with the standard per-kg cover set by transport regulations. Optional declared-value insurance will be available soon.

How long until I get my item back?

Once collected, it arrives within 24–48 h in mainland Spain and 2–6 working days to the EU. What helps most is arranging the pickup quickly: the sooner you book, the sooner we coordinate with the hotel and the shipment leaves.

How do I get a price if I don't have the item with me?

Enter an estimate of the packed parcel's weight and size (hotel reception usually uses a padded envelope or a small box). For common items — a phone, a charger, clothes — a small box up to 2 kg is a good reference; the price is recalculated if the actual measurements change.
