Reception usually packs it in an envelope or box. If your item needs special packaging (fragile, bulky), say so in the notes and we'll arrange it.
You book the shipment online and we coordinate with reception for the collection and packaging.
We send your item to Spain or to your home country: pay online and track the shipment to your door.
The sooner it's arranged, the better: the label is generated instantly and the collection is scheduled straight away.

Tell us what you're sending (weight and dimensions) and where it's going, and we give you a fixed price with VAT included on the spot.
Complete your shipment details in 4 steps and pay securely by card. You'll receive your label by email.
Stick the label on the parcel and the GLS driver will collect it from the address you give us.
Track your shipment in real time from your customer area or with your tracking number, right to the recipient's door.
When booking, enter the hotel as the collection address and the booking name in the notes. We notify reception with the collection details.
Hotel reception usually prepares it in an envelope or box. If it needs special packaging, let us know and we'll arrange it.
All shipments travel with the standard per-kg cover set by transport regulations. Optional declared-value insurance will be available soon.
Once collected, it arrives within 24–48 h in mainland Spain and 2–6 working days to the EU. What helps most is arranging the pickup quickly: the sooner you book, the sooner we coordinate with the hotel and the shipment leaves.
Enter an estimate of the packed parcel's weight and size (hotel reception usually uses a padded envelope or a small box). For common items — a phone, a charger, clothes — a small box up to 2 kg is a good reference; the price is recalculated if the actual measurements change.
